As much as you walk you are gonna blow that thing up! :)

Also, nice little way to keep track, and to set goals for yourself.

I have one of those! It's weirdly encouraging when you make one of the goals or get a badge.

My Fitbit was useful today for something other than step counting! I had a doctor's appointment for something unrelated to my heart and for some reason my heart rate was higher than it should be (possibly because I get really anxious in medical settings, even if I'm just visiting). I had to have an ECG which was fine, but because my monitor tracks heart rate I realised I had three weeks of data on my heart rate on my phone and was able to show the doctor what my heart rate's been like over the past few weeks.

I then had a slight panicky thing (it wasn't a proper panic attack) when I got home, which then saw my heart rate go higher, and I used one of the breathing exercises on the monitor to lower my heart rate and calm myself down enough to get in touch with a friend who understands medical things.

Sorry, Clarence. Hijacking your thread a bit but I thought I'd share. The amount of data it collects is so useful, although I really need to find a way to teach it the difference between my car and a bike. For someone who doesn't have a bike and hasn't ridden a bike in ten years, I apparently cycle very fast.

When reading the title of this thread I thought you were insulting yourself.
