There is just a whole fiasco going on in my head about everything that's going on.

I didn't drink last night even tho I had planned to the entire day to celebrate the end of the week, I probably will tonight since I'll be in a much better place than last night.

I had a couple of days off. I burned some stuff with a giant magnifying glass. I started to make a picnic bench and got some stuff wrong, so I stopped for now. I played video games online with Ninja. This morning at 5:00 I got a cramp in my right calf strong enough that it woke me up. I'm not excited about going to work today.

It's okay, though. I'll come home and play with my cat and watch a movie and go to bed.

I have one coming up on the 15th! I love my self defense classes. My kids' karate school offers them about once a month, and I take them every time.

For us it's mostly just "This is how you block punches and kicks"

I'll tell ya what, I hurt pretty bad after blocking those kicks

Our facility has a workout room essentially for staff, and I kinda want to start using it once I get used to my shifts.

Ours gets pretty intense. It's teaching you how to get out of situations like being choked up against a wall, and getting out from under a guy trying to rape you. After they teach you the skills used, you practice on people wearing high impact reduction gear, then they turn out the lights and the guys in the gear attack us in the dark, and we fight them off.

I have, finally, a diagnose. Doc told me that I have beginning arthrosis in my hands and Sjögren syndrome. Also a vitamin B12 defeciency. Wait, what? How? (The how has to be answered later, in my next appointment.)
Still no explanation for my lung problems. Or is it?
When I was looking through a (rather long) list of possible symptoms with vit.B12 shortage, I could check off almost every single one of them, including lack of breath.
Could that be it? We will see, next week the injections will hopefully start, the medication for Sjögren and the arthrosis I have already startet. Before they start to have effect, which can take two to three months, I am back on prednisone, a low dose this time, but I can already feel the benefits, my hands don't hurt as much as they used to, and I slept reasonably well last night, for the first time in weeks.
And if my gut feeling is right, I' ll be back on track in a few months. I feel rather happy right now.

Today a customer was making fresh Naan bread and gave us some.

Went out drinking with my dad and brothers last night.
I drank more than everyone else, but I also got drunker than everyone else.
However, I still remember most of the night, so I guess I didn't get too drunk(most of what I don't remember is all the Walking​, and I sure as heck barely remember coming back to the hotel room, tho I do remember being in the hotel room before we went to bed

We got Kamikazes, expecting shots, and got full pitchers, which I drank two of

Tonight​. Me and my buddies got together to celebrate the fact that one of us just finished college, so we all got together and drank. Somehow​, even tho the goal of the night was to get HIM drunk, he didn't drink much, and I ended up really drunk again.

Luckily I'm on a 3 day weekend, but I dunno.. I really needed a night out with the guys. Me and my cousin had a serious heart to heart conversation I'm not convinced either of us will remember.

I'm gonna stop typing before I embarrass myself.
I'll be honest, I have a pretty good track record for remembering​ nights like this

Even though I got drunk tonight and last night, don't take that as me being a drunk, since aside from these two nights, I usually barely ever drink

It's great news you have a diagnosis LaLou, I hope it improves with the meds. My mum has Sjogren's syndrome too and also, I think, a B12 deficiency amongst her various ailments.

Had my first 3 days actually out on the floor with my new job this week! (because of how the rotation I'm on is set, and how my 2 weeks of classroom were, I had a 3 day work week)
