Has anyone received anything like this:

If you seen this please let me know exactly what page it's on....

I personally have not received this message, if I can get a list of pages this appears on I can try to investigate the issue and see what's up.

If anyone has any expertise in this and may know what it is and how to resolve this issue please let me know.
