201 only works if i level jump to it, but if I try to beat it coming from 200, it'll just take me to a screen with a dragon destroying buildings, and i wont be able to pass it.
I was wondering if this is supposed to happen, or if it's just a glitch.

I think this is a test, test can you use that level jump. If you can't use that hidden level jump, you must restart from 196 and read again.
