Dunno if bug or not but you may need to re-type the password a few times. First time I got lucky and pw worked at once. But now it took me ~10 times before it was accepted. Or I sux @ this level...

Only connection to level 24 is that you need to think a lil

Is he right about the bug? I don't really want to try typing a bunch of different passwords a bunch of different times for nothing. Thanks.

Hmmm, actually i don't know if this is on intention or not.
The password will only be accepted in certain states of rotation.

I retryed this level several times and came to following conclusion:

If the background colour boarder is vertical or horizontal ( e.g. green I blue or blue -- green) the password will work.
However if the state of this is like diagonal touching the corners you can't win.

I think this wasn't on intension and came in with some scripting...

A bug on this level was found again due to the last update, maybe caused by lag or something... So if you're at this Level plz be patient
Things will hopefully work fine soon - Creator is informed about it.
