Who has gotten a little inspiration from this show? A couple years ago, this show inspired me to lose weight, so I lost about 30 pounds. :D

What does anyone else think?

We have actually incorporated this at work. We have all sorts of programs and whatnot at work and people can sign up for the biggest loser contest and the walk-a-thon. I'm signed up for the walk-a-thon. Each one starts at the beginning of the year and lasts until the end of the year. Then all year long we also have lots of great health and excersize events to help us with our contests.
