Big Brother
Does anyone watch this show? It's a really good reality show - it's totally a social game.
The reason I'm asking is because if everyone knew how it worked, it would be another awesome forum-wide competition to have in addition to or instead of another NELG Apprentice. You all probably don't know what I'm talking about, so sorry.

Re: Big Brother
I know what you're talking about, and I am familiar with how it works. I don't usually pay a lot of attention to it though. My dad watches it sometimes, and if I'm there, I'll watch it with him (He doesn't watch it as much as he used to)

Re: Big Brother
Frankly, I think it would be really cool to have that kind of competition here, if we could coordinate it. Does anyone else know how it works?

Re: Big Brother
I agree that it would be cool, but it would also be pretty hard, I mean, those competition things they have to become head of household, how would we do that?

First off: who do you think invented the show? Yes, a Dutchman, thank you very much.
Second: I've been opposed to the show from day one. I'm out.

I know nothing of the show. I don't watch reality TV.

Re: Big Brother
Actually, there is one reality show I watched, but it was the TLC (The Learning Channel) variety. I love watching the original Trading Spaces episodes for cheap and fast decorating ideas. Methinks that's nothing like Big Brother though.

I watched it for ten minutes once when I was on holiday. Not really my thing.

In the first season of the German version one of the inmates got famous for not knowing who Shakespeare is. This sums it up.

Like I said, it's totally trashy. But I don't really have any other guilty pleasures, so this is it!

Re: Big Brother
When I think about it, for the only way I can think to do it, the only difference between it and how NELG Apprentice works would be that there's a set goal rather than being judged, and that the person being eliminated would be voted off by the other players rather than "Fired" by a higher authorityYaz Pistachio wrote:The reason I'm asking is because if everyone knew how it worked, it would be another awesome forum-wide competition to have in addition to or instead of another NELG Apprentice. Re: Big Brother
Well we'd still have to have a higher power, a "Big Brother", so to speak, to determine who wins HOH and veto and stuff like that. But it won't work anyways.
