Weeee I'm going cheesy here. So I'm sure that picking a favorite day out of your entire life is extremely difficult, as it is for me. I have LOTS of days that stand out to me. But for this particular one, I think I've gotta go with the first time I met Chex. Prior to meeting Chex, I had a loooooong string of not so tasty cake layers (some of you may remember that reference) for several years. Things for me just pretty much downright sucked. Then suddenly I decided to meet up with Chex and, man, I'm so very glad I did. I would not have been able to get through a lot of things I have if it wasn't for her.
This is also the first time I was ever out of the country and saw Niagara Falls! So it's a double-whammy!
