I like bacon but as long as it's not too chewy and not too crispy. Goes really good with Tomato.

I just googled Bacon and found some very disturbing things. This , then a Bacon flavored lip balm, Bacon strip bandages, Effervescent Bacon Drink Tabs which turn water into Bacon soda and some other stuff you don't want to know about. Well, it's unhealthy anyway. But it tastes great. But most unhealthy things do. Why doesn't some of the healthy food come in Bacon flavour?

I usually hate cheese. Especially if it's melted. I only like it sometimes like on pizza or a small slice of Swiss on a sub.

mozzarella's too mild, you can't go wrong with some good strong cheddar

Try buffalo mozzarella with a few drops of good olive oil, a hint of salt and pepper. It's delicious.
