Stuff manicotti. Totally not diet friendly, but one does not simply turn down future mother-in-law's cooking.

I was going to put this in Rants or What Annoys You, but it is food related, so here we are.
Yesterday I had a little campfire in the back yard, and I roasted a hot dog over the fire. Really, it is the only way they are palatable. Well, the gentle kiss of fire had browned and crisped the skin, I added a bit of mustard.... and bit into the nastiest, gristly and flavorless hot dog I think I have ever eaten! Perhaps it was my mistake getting an "All Beef" hot dog, but I am blaming the manufacturer for somehow finding a worse cut of meat to blend into a homogeneous paste-filled tube.

I do not like hotdogs unless they are in mac and cheese or spaghetti. Now, I bet that fire roasted hotdog would have been AMAZING if it was a beddar cheddar smoked sausage!! Get out that fire again. I'm coming over. xD
I wish. smurf you all for living so damn far away. lol

Today I'm preparing gnocchi with red bell pepper, mushrooms and leek in a creamy sauce. Ii think the chicken wings will go well with that.

I'm waiting for Corn Pop to go to sleep so I can have junk food. I don't know if I should go for ice cream or Doritos.

I was leaning toward ice cream anyway. Unfortunately for you, it's chocolate. I'll be crushing some Girl Scout Thin Mints over it.

You're right, chocolate is a no go for me. Although, I'd be willing to give it a chance with either andes mints or girl scout thin mints. Might be decent enough with that hint of mint.

Having exhausted my supply of sugared cinnamon, I mixed a new batch. This time, I added a dash of clove and nutmeg. Now I can have Fancy Toast in the morning!

I made tortillas, guacamole, fried some chicken and bell pepper and added some kidney beans, cheese and sour cream. For the first try it was quite tasty.

My mother had texted me a link to a slowcooker recipe, but i accidentally deleted it.. the night before I had joked about making pork burgers.. As a last minute, since i lost the slow cooker recipe, I bought some ground pork,, had to microwave thaw some ground italian sausage we had, mixed the two together --Since I had microthawed them, and din't want them to fall apart, I mixed in BBQ Sauce and flour as well (since thats what we used to hold our meatloaf together), but then they were kinda messy, so i had to frycook them.
Honestly the entire process felt like a disaster but they turned out pretty good!

Why to people take apple slices and dip them in peanut butter?
WTF is that I can't even watch when someone does that.
Dip apples into a peanut butter jar and treat it like it's ketchup and fries.
APPLES SHOULD NOT BE COMBINED WITH PEANUT BUTTER

Because it's smurf delicious.
I'm on a bacon cheeseburger with carmalized onions kick lately. This can't be good for me, but I really don't give a shazam!.

My homemade ketchup has now had its month to mature. Not sure if I'd bother making the same recipe again. A lot of time and tomato and while it's actually quite tasty, the taste's a little too fancy to use as a condiment.

I don't envy your stomach
I find eating too many nuts of any kind causes me problems.
