So I've seen the pissed off message, been to outer space, pressed both buttons, not sure what to do next.

Man, you are so close! Think about some of the silly passwords you've seen recently. I think maybe you have what you need without knowing it. If you are getting nothing new, then maybe the most recent thing you got is what you need?
