I see light blue with dark gold lace. When I first saw it, it looked like a white dress in crappy bluish lighting with good lace. I cannot see the dark blue and black though.

Whenever I first see the image it's white and gold but if I scroll back up to it afterwards it's blue/black.

OH SNAP! It's blue and black on my work monitor because I have it set darker due to sensitive eyes!
This has notthing to do with people's eyes but people's monitors!!

First time I seen it as blue and black, all other computers it's been white and gold.

The same picture changed for me, on my laptop every time I saw it. My brain was applying corrections based on the assumption that the dress was in shadow. I see the pic as it is now, and can't make my brain apply a correction either way.

It's blue and black, the issue with how we see it is caused by the camera's terrible job at setting the white-balance
On the link posted, even looking at the really lightened image, I still see blue and black

For me, it depends on what I've just looked at or done before it. If I'm just browsing through pictures, I see white and gold. But if I've been reading a bunch of text and go back to the image, I then see blue and black and have a hard time getting myself to go back to the white and gold.
