Yeah, I also discovered that reading is very hard for some people.

When I worked in a supermarket some years ago, there was this guy that came in every morning to get two bottles of wine and two packets of cigarettes. He would be waiting by the door for us to open. One day we had a small problem with the safe and we opened five minutes late. He went berserk.
