Sometimes I like to go to the KFC, buy me a bucket a chicken, let it sit somewheres and cool down and shove it in the fridge. The next day, well sir you got yourself a party!
Hot fresh fried chicken no longer appeals to me. Too damn greasy. It's greasier when it's hot, but if it's cold the grease isn't all hot and melty and awful.
You know how you eat a bunch of hot chicken and then it hurts your stomach and you want to crawl into a ditch and die? That never happens to me with cold chicken.
Thoughts? Opinions? Counter Points? Let's have em!

When it all cools down, much of the grease congeals and sticks to the skin. If you peel the skin off, much of the fat goes with it. A fair amount of the fat rests in between the muscle fibers, and when eaten cold, it helps the meat stay together.
Short version: Yeah, I've noticed this! Not bad!
