Clarify warm chicken, would ya? Is it hot fresh chicken that has cooled down? Or is it cold chicken that has been warmed up as leftovers?

How cold is the cold chicken? Is it room temperature, like 20 degrees C, or does it come out of the fridge, 4 to 8 C?
