I like the wing followed by the thigh , then the leg. Rib has some white meat on it and the breast is my least fav

If you do a 10-piece cut, there is a piece called the Keel. If you go to KFC ask for it. It is basically the chest meat between the breasts. Big, wedge shaped white meat.

In general, the fattier dark meat does better cold, because the fat settles in the tissue as we mentioned earlier. But steaming hot a breast is good, or maybe a thigh. Popeyes has good thighs.
