Here is an interesting article about how the brain works and how the mind works within it.

It explains how certain thoughts, images, responses, can be "worked out" just like a muscle. So exercise the ones you want to be healthy, and disregard the ones you would rather be without.

I do have a lot of regrets etc that I need to delete from my mind, still have dreams about shitty things from my past but my present it super awesome!

I actually fairly dream about ancient unresolved historical shazam! from my life too often for my liking.

Not that I want to forget it, but I seem to be consciously over it and unconsciously not.
