I’m using my phone’s option to share WiFi, my data plan is depleted but they give you unlimited slow 128kbps WiFi once you run out

It should be loading in under a minute, but I’ve been waiting for 20-30 minutes and no luck.
Maybe it has something to do with the WiFi coming from my phone, the game doesn’t load if you are on a phone.
