Level 244

Day 3 Update: dang it, dang it,dangit. You're WAY more evil than I thought , CLRANCE.
On the first day I tried random things. ptscn, tab, clicking everywhere, other basics such as all right click options.
On the second day I read a help forum on 244.I found out that this is a paint level, and you have to do something you do on a previous level. I tried doing what you do in 224 on the mouse, and other things until I found this hint,
"Level 244 likes level 228..."
On the third day I tried to do multiple things you do in 228, no avail. Also tried painting the boxes(when the gradient becomes a solid color) and other things, I have an idea, to paint my mouse over various spots and I might discover some words, but, I want to be pushed into the right track first before I try anything else.

Have you done anything to the level itself yet?

I know that zooming into the level sometimes make my cursor turn from rainbow to solid red sometimes, I haven't been able to do anything with that yet.

How do you get the level to zoom in? Do you have to do anything to get the cursor to change colors?

[NTG]

zooming in my monitor, or if I fool around with the numbered buttons enough I get my right click menu to work.

How many numbered buttons are there?

four.
moving my mouse around sometimes changes the color, and now I've noticed the color of my mouse depends on where is is on the screen and how far zoomed in I am.

You said you found out that its a paint level, what have you tried painting?

[NTG]

both mouses (rainbow diamond and red checker board), back ground, the flashing boxes in the level, the numbered buttons, pw box and go buttons, even the level number. I cant think of anything more to paint.

I've found the yellow text, that says "Edited by Moe" (edit that)

I haven't really made any discoveries after that.

I've tried things related with 228, haven't gotten anything yet.

Entering, typing, 224 pws, 228 pws, re-entering the mouse path, 46 pws
I have no clue what to do with the word.
I’ve finally found the level that I get stuck on both parts of
