Ruin the Situation

I suck at bored games topics
Anyhoo
I start with making a happy situation, then someone finds a way to ruin it, then someone makes it happy again, repeat.


Example “Someone just got a new job!”
“But it only pays 5 dollars an hour”
“It’s a job he likes so the wage doesn’t matter”
“He can’t support his family with those low wages”

First good situation to ruin,
Scene 1: Lottery
Someone just won the lottery!

[Moe]

3000 other people won the same lottery so they have to split the winnings

[NTG]

The jackpot was $1 billion so everyone gets ~$300,000
The guy who won is happy with it

[Clarence]

The robber only steals a few dollars and a $25 gift card to Hannaford’s -he didn’t carry all the money(or a credit card)

[Clarence]

The robber finishes the job and steals the rest of the money

Guaranteed all the money is stolen

The robber was filled with remorse and blew himself up along with all of the money so it's unrecoverable

[NTG]

The guy who won the lottery was already rich, the robber only stole the lottery money.

*Side note- the winner is the person that makes the situation unable to become good/evil, that person picks the next situation

[Clarence]

Trying to recover his lottery loss he spends all his remaining money on lottery tickets

All the tickets are losers and he has no money anymore

They take his house and break his legs

[NTG]

1. He goes to the hospital and fixes his legs.
2. He asks money from a rich relative to buy a house and the lottery money back.

[Clarence]

Following the traumatic experience he indulges himself in the purchase of an overly luxurious sports car

Filled with anger and confusion over recent events he loses focus and drives right into a gas station and it explodes leaving only a smoking crater

[NTG]

He dies.
He isn’t good enough for heaven, nor bad enough for hell.
He gets sent back to earth, they also take away his sports car and he can’t buy another car

[Clarence]

He dies.

He walks around his room and falls down with a heart attack

They determine that his time has come and he is no longer eligible for resurrections since he will die immediately with his bum heart anyways

Since he's not good enough for heaven or hell he gets sent to purgatory for 1000 years

His rich relative is so rich he can afford to bail him out of purgatory and get a heart transplant for him
The heart works better than ever

[Clarence]

For story tracking purposes let's call our lead character Damien

Damien's rich uncle did bring him back to life indeed with a new heart.

But unbeknownst to Damien and others is that Damien's rich uncle was actually a super demon, working for Lucifer himself.

Damion did not know his true lineage or purpose and that he was the son of the devil. Damien's rich uncle works hand in hand with Satan ensuring Damien lives to bring about the end of the world.

All Damien has to do is life for 20 more minutes to allow Hell's gates to be charged with enough dark energy to rupture and spill out to the world.

Damien has no idea his death is the only salvation for us all. What can kill him now? Will he die or will we all be doomed forever ???

[NTG]

Damien’s heart transplant went wrong, causing Damien to die for a heart attack 6 minutes before the end of the world.

Turns out the heart was a fake from God himself, filling Rich Relative Demon Man with disappointment and rage.

Damien isn’t the cause of this, so he is brought to purgatory for a life sentence.

[Clarence]

LOL I flipped the story so hard I made you kill the lead character

[NTG]

Maybe we could have the next part of the story set in purgatory

[Clarence]

Damien in purgatory:

Damien orders a sandwich from the purgatory restaurant: a chicken sandwich


But he gets a turkey sandwich instead and turkey make a him gassy so he's sad

Scene 2: Purgatory

After Damien’s Turkey Sandwich Dissapointment, he finds another person in purgatory.

“Hi, my name is Damien, what’s yours?”
“I’m Clrance and I can you get out of here”
“Aren’t you the guy who made the NELG?”
“No, I used to work for God but I got sent here for impersonating Clarence. I was the one who gave you the fake heart, RRDM is after you.”
“Who’s RRDM?”
“Some shitty demon dude who’s trying to end the world, no problem for me, let’s go quick, he’s probably plotting to end the world again, and you will get out of purgatory.”

[Clarence]

Damien follows Clrance to a mystical doorway

Clrance: "There it is Damien - your ticket outta here - go through the door my friend"

Damien: "k"

Damien goes through the mystical glowing doorway and gets erased from existence. Destroyed completely at the molecular and subatomic level. BEYOND the subatomic level!! Unrecoverable!!

Clrance removes his mask and jacket to reveal a divine face, halo and angel wings. He then picks up a walkie talkie.

Unnamed Angel (to walkie talkie): "Yes? Hello? Heaven? It's done. Damien will never threaten Earth ever again."

Cut to Heaven where everyone is celebrating and having a party with balloons and cake, etc
