I need some help on Level 299. Are all of the coins necessary to beat the level?

No. Explore every aspect of the level. Don’t focus too much on getting the last ring.

I’ve done some searching around. Is there something I need to do on the lock screen? I’ve left/right-clicked everywhere, but I still haven’t found anything.

You’re pretty close. Is the lock screen just a lock screen, or is there something to do on it? Something to do to make something happen?

I’ve tried a lot of things, but I don’t know what to type. Can you give me a hint as to where one could find this?

It’s a sequence of keys. There’s really no hints on what it is in the level. If you keep trying keys you will get it.
