This is just my opinion, and I am just a dude.
Never Ending Level Game was and is a special little glitch in the Matrix. Clarence was lucky enough to hit the sweet spot in social and internet technologies. His hobby and creative outlet has touched many lives, and we are all grateful for it.
A sequel, or an homage, or however you choose to describe it, will be fun, and it will be most important to you. Much like sequels to popular movies, there will be things "missing" and other things that people will say you got "wrong."
Ignore that. Make it how you want to make it, so it makes you happy.
There will never be another NELG, but that does not mean you should stop what you are doing.

I know, I lack the "general awesomeness" that Clarence has.
I COULD make the flaws up by making more than 300 levels/ore difficult, idk
flash keeps crashing on me so I might make more levels on Scratch idk

More than 300 levels would not "fix" any perceived flaws. It is like when they change your favorite breakfast cereal. some people like it, some don't You can't please everyone. You can make a million levels, or 100 good ones. Make it so it makes you happy. Make it so it makes you proud. Don't compare it to the original, because no matter what you do, it will not be the original.
