That is a plot twist I did not see coming. I mean, Sir Walter does not even truly understand the power he wields.

Yah I'm not sure WAlter ever changed

he was always an balloon knot wanting to rule etc



but in the old comics always had a shitty power cane that didn't work most of the time - now he's at full power he never had etc
