After 7 months, Im still stuck here... I REALLY need help!
What I tried:
-typing the colors of all screens (even the rainbow);
-Just pass the cursor over the buttons, without clicking or tabbing;
-Click the sequence buttons quickly, before the first one disappears;
-Click and return to previous screen, before the buttons disappear;
What I found, but dont know if it is just bugs or decoys:
-If I wait some time doing nothing, and then pass the cursor over one button, the volume sound of the button is less intense;
-If I rewind on the first screen, leads me to a fake restart screen that goes again to the "no clicking" screeen.
Help!!! and, please, pretend there are no hints in this thread, because I didnt understand any hint.

Hey guys! There's a lot of buttons here and I clicked them all...but can't proceed. Stuck on dark blue screen with the big one. Went through the thread but did not understand the hint that was given to Nilex (I'm Italian). Any help?

Maybe you shouldn't click any buttons

Couldn't think of anything else than: 1. proceeding using what I used so far; 2. paint; 3. guessing random pw. Trying again later, thanks for your help btw!

Hello! This morning something strange happens in this level... I tried to rewind (not sure if right translation) from right click menu...this brought me to a "fake start page". Last weekend if I clicked on that it would bring me to the "no clicking!" screen. This morning I am allowed to click on the start button and even on the following screen (the one with the options "HoF", "Play", "Level jump") and only after some time it brings me back to the "no clicking!" screen. Am I on the right track or am I destroying the game? XD

Sounds like you found something the game never intended. The solution isn't as complex as all that, in fact it's deceptively simple.

Go back to the start

Not sure what you are doing, but rewind is not part of the solution. If something weird happened after you hit rewind it was a game glitch.

Go back to the starting point of level 290, the yellow screen with the red button.

This thing is a mess. I've spent two weeks on it and I haven't figured it out yet. Do I have to find a way to click the button? Everything else is just distraction?
