Yes of course he needs help, I agree, totally.
But in the first instance, that's the action to take. Switch off the electricity and try to calm him down a bit. That's the first thing to do.
All kids get into a maniac state at some point. Well mine did anyway.

Did you watch the vid? This kid has mental issues! (Not like being insane, but problems with anger management). This is far from being normal and he seriously needs a therapy. (His parents maybe too). And meds.

I forgot what the reason was for him making the video, but I thought I read somewhere that it was an act.
