Delinquency Report Update:
As of 7/7/09
1) Says she vacated months ago, no notice to vacate in file, unit is empty with yellow lock
2) No good phone number, all certified mail has come back returned
3) Same as 2
4) Same as 2
5) Getting VM on number, leaving message, no returned mail so far
6) Emailed Wendy a while back about this one. Had an arrangement with Iris to make partial payments, said he would be back in to discuss, has never returned. Phone number not in service
