Forum move complete!

Moving forward the address http://www.levelgame.net/forum will now bring you here.

If you need to still access the old forum, it will be available here until August 1st:

http://s234196506.onlinehome.us/forum/

..

Looks like it's done much sooner then expected, these things usually take 24-48 hours.

Please let me know if there's any issues with this.

It seems like the new forum still doesn't remember people and makes them log in every time, this should go away soon.

Was it supposed to make it faster or more space?

Oh were you being hosted by a free host? Or are you still being hosted by a free host?

I recall this same situation in the previous forum.

I have logged in 3 times (when I change forum areas or subjects I sometimes have to log in again or my message gets posted by "Guest")

I replied to the" how did you get your login name" question and my reply shows as being from Guest.

Should I go to the help boards and try to be one of the first idiots on this forum

I don't know if there's a reason why, but it might be this: my account's just disappeared. It doesn't remember me - I know my username, my password, the email address I used, but still nothing. Was I deleted deliberately? Oh, sorry, it's Alialialia.

Sorry for double posting, but guests can't edit posts. I can log in on the old forum, but when I enter the new one it loses me.

Because you haven't registered here yet.

All that happens is that the old address now links you to the new site, none of the content from the old site is here - it just diverts you, so content would include account information - ie you need to register yourself on here as a new member. If you look at the total number of members it says 61, which means the 5000+ accounts were not transferred over.

Edit - Chex beat me to it, with a much less long winded answer :D

On another note the only problem that I have here is everytime I accidentally click a link that takes me to an outside webpage - youtube link or something from plug a site etc - instead of opening in a new window, when I want to come back to the forum I have to log in again. It used to keep me logged for a certain amount of time even if I closed my browser and opened it again...
