Froot Loop and I were reading one of these in the waiting room today. She LOVED it! It's about a little girl who's a mad scientist. I'm going to order a shazam! ton of these for FL's birthday in September. They're supposed to be for ages 9-12, but I'll just read them to her.
The one we read was about Franny going to a new school and not having any friends because she's different, so she tries to fit in and get friends. Of course, it had a good "be yourself" message.
