Go to User Control Panel > Private Messages > Rules folders and settings > Add New Rule (at the top middle) Then under the "If " tab choose "Sender" from the drop down menu and press next. You then have a whole bunch of options to choose from in another drop down box, so for example "If sender is a foe", or "if sender starts with ..." (type dumb persons name in the box). Once you're done with that press next again, and the final drop down box will give you options of what to do with the message, so in this case you would want to choose "Delete Message"
