Tennessee's 'Don't Say Gay' Bill

This bill got past the Senate on April 21st...

Personally, I think that this bill would violate the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution -- Or am I wrong?

All I can really do is shake my head. Any more these days I am not at all surprised. Personally I think this is ridiculous but things just seem to be going down the extreme path lately.

It's not only wrong because it's homophobic, it's also wrong because it seems to me like they want to keep children in the dark.

And you are right, it is a violation I think. "Freedom of speech" nothing wrong with teaching kids about homosexuality. Can you give me one reason why?!?!?! Even if I were homophobic, I still wouldn't understand this!!!! Right or wrong aside, homosexuality is something that we should all be aware of, because there are homosexuals out there!!!!

Gay is a common English word. Now let's get the black texmarker, get the Merriam Webster and start eradicating all those bad, bad words.

Yeah chex, what you should have said was the non white caucasian marker pen from the glorious peoples republic of china

Anyways, they should probably do something a bit more useful and pass a "don't say -hey do you wanna screw? - to your own sister" bill
