Of course! It's artwork. ;D Only digital work I have is MS Paint which is a major pain in the bottom doing pixel by pixel.

My favorite medium to work with is Oil Pastel. These next two hit a spiritual note with me. One of these days I'll finish this one.

OK, kewel.

For this one I asked my hubby to give me an assignment, to see if I was up to making something with restrictions. He asked me to make a landscape of an alien planet with two suns.


This is our daughter. The original pic was not good. There was no colour information in her face whatsoever. Nothing. Every pixel was white. So I started to paint in some colour. And then couldn't stop until I had this result. I'm quite pleased with it.

Aww don't let our work discourage you. We want to see everyone's. =D We're not gonna discriminate or compare it to others because you just can't do that with art. That's the great thing about art. Each piece is different and speaks to the artist themselves. That's why I always hated art class. I didn't feel that you could give someone's art a grade percentage because it didn't match what the teacher thought as quality art.

Very nice, LaLou! I envy your creativity. =D I want to go to school for art so bad. They have an art program in Omaha (about 50-60 mins away) and they even give you the latest Mac laptop for all of your art.

I made this a year or two ago. You know, that game where you jump the pegs until you have one left?

For the pegs I used a bunch of silver electronic terminals that I got while working at Phoenix Contact.
