What does WHO do with old shoes? Shoe companies? I dunno..... I don't think they would ever throw them away if they can't sell them, probably sell them to really cheap stores or something? If you mean people, I have been known to get rid of my old shoes in ridiculous ways, like buying new shoes and going outside and immediately throwing them on a roof, and Pete can confirm I threw a pair of old shoes at random strangers while driving by. He didn't think I would actually do it after we left the shoe store.

That show lace question is just crazy and random, what does that even mean? If there was someway you could get that many shoe laces and tie them to a space craft or something, but wouldn't the atmosphere burn the laces?
