So... they have come out with several different models of the Cintiq now. And I'm extremely tempted to buy this Wacom Cintiq Companion Hybrid. It's affordable, multifunctional, and easy to learn. Not to mention it's tax return season and for the second year in a row, I don't have any debt to worry about that is not already managed.

So... I have never understood the hype behind super expensive headphones. I've even tried on quite a few and sure the sound was nice and all, but not $300+ nice. I was browsing the electronics section of Sam's Club and decided to try on a pair of headphones they had displayed just for the hell of it.

OH. EM. GEE.

I have never had the urge to buy an outrageously priced set of headphones until now. The store was very loud and bustling. The second I put the headphones on, I heard complete dead silence without even having to turn on the power. It was so peaceful! Brandon was standing right next to me trying to talk to me and I couldn't even hear a single word he was saying. It was quieter than simply standing in a quiet room all by yourself. It was so amazing. And then I turned the power on and browsed various songs and continued to be wow'd.

I really, really, REALLY want these headphones. Sadly, I still cannot justify spending that kind of money on them no matter how much I absolutely love them.

Look into cheaper noise-cancelling headphones. Sennheisers are usually very reliable and I dunno how much this is in dollars (I'd guess $35 ish) but they're £24 which is really reasonable http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003LPTAYI/r ... SDTX463F9H

They won't be as good as your Bose ones but they're a hell of a lot cheaper

Although it is a little sudden, I am seriously contemplating enrolling in this program and seeing if my job will provide some tuition reimbursement. Even if they don't, I am quite intrigued by this program and would love to do something with computer forensics down the road.
