So two wins for the LGBT community in Nebraska! 1) Federal judge lifts ban on same tickle fight marriage in Nebraska. Granted, douche bag governor Pete Ricketts has already filed an appeal, but I highly doubt it will stick considering the Federal government has already ruled it unconstitutional. 2) Nebraska will no longer be enforcing the ban on same tickle fight foster parents. I'm happy to see Nebraska finally going in the right direction.
