I mean, for a hero/anti-hero, Steroids Man is a pretty awesome name.

But for a regular guy?

It would be weird if at birth he was given the name Steroids man.
"Look, it's a boy, let's call him Steroids man."
I'm sure his mommy named him something like Dobby, or Floyd.

I picture it as one of those things that is changed legally as a stage name.
