Sorry, this isn't about the game, but I can't figure out how to compose my signature. I've looked at the UCP, but I can't find how to make one.
Please help!

User control panel.
There's words on the left side.
One says "profile"
Click on "edit signature"

Because it is an in-game link. Not a stupid advertisement for some boner juice or fake watches. However, it still looks like a link to some good old fashioned spam, especially with gamble and bank, two very common spam topics.
