This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. If someone is offended by the drawings (maybe because there place doesn't look "clean" anymore?) they can take a bucket of water and throw it over the chalk and it's gone.

This seems pointless to me. Kids using chalk isn't insulting anyone. Also, what would Julian Beever do if he was there?
