I don't do them. I have friends who do. (Who doesn't?) The debate going on for about 40 years has been about the ramifications of legalizing illicit drugs. Here is an interesting tidbit:

Seems Portugal has legalized ALL OF IT! And you'll be surprised at the statistics....
