But think about it. Those thins are mounted on a car when it's parked where it's not allowed to. And yet they prevent you from moving the car.

I think it's more for if you're behind on paying your tickets, and they find your car and put a boot on it.

I didn't fix anything. I did the Google image search and right clicked, then copy image location. I haven't changed anything and it was loading just fine for me at work, home, and on my phone. Maybe it's your computer.
