But think about it. Those thins are mounted on a car when it's parked where it's not allowed to. And yet they prevent you from moving the car.

I think it's more for if you're behind on paying your tickets, and they find your car and put a boot on it.

it didn't load, and when you right click it, click 'copy image location' and paste it in the url bar(the place where you type in the website address) it redirects to funnyjunk.com

it's not doing it for me anymore anyways-nevermind, it's cuz she fixed it, and my computer just forgot to load it

I didn't fix anything. I did the Google image search and right clicked, then copy image location. I haven't changed anything and it was loading just fine for me at work, home, and on my phone. Maybe it's your computer.
