It asks you "WHAT YEAR IN THE 20TH CENTURY THAT HAS DIGITS THAT ADD TO 23"
I typed in 1994.
1+9+9+4= 23
It doesn't work though.
You need to fix this.

I always intended players to think it through and realize there must be another year for the password to accept. Make it a little challenging anyway....
