I made Oatmeal Scotchies today. As I was making them, I was thinking, "This can't be right. There isn't enough flour in here to actually hold together in the oven." I've never made them before, though, so I trusted the recipe. (It was actually from a jar mix)
I guess I should trust my instincts. They glued themselves to the baking sheet. Stupid cookies.
