If you can read the answer, then think for a bit... How does one use the item mentioned? You have to put things in the right place for them to fit properly. Keep trying, I am certain you will succeed.

I've found the answer but don't know what to do with it. I've tried that answer both by itself and together with "puzzle", I've tried "puzzle" by itself, I've tried the answer backwards and forwards and even jumbled. Help!

No, it's not that. I tried many times and cleared the password field each time. It says "answer:" but what follows is clearly not the password, just a hint to the password, and I can't figure it out.
