As good as Michael Jackson's version is, I'll take Alien Ant Farm's version any day!

Re: Covers
Come Together by The Beatles.
I think I prefer this version because I grew up listening to Aerosmith, not the Beatles.

Re: Covers
I would have post the man who sold the world by kurt cobain, cover for a David bowie, which is ALOT BETTER then the original, but i wouldn't like to risk our good friendship, so i won't.

Re: Covers
It was good quality.
But honestly. The special thing about this kid is that she seems to be totaly unafraid, and unashamed to perform in front of a big audience.
She gives a perfect performance.
There is one very important thing that I miss though. And that is feeling. There is no feeling in her singing. It's just technique. She doesn't "live" the song.
And I think she's way to young to be exposed to this kind of attention.

Re: Covers
You know what? you're apsolutely right. she is cute and a beauty she sings great she had a great voice ,but yeah its kind of 'numb' way to sing.
did you checked the 'boyce-avenue' ? that was the 3 brothers,( Bella liked them)
I will take a chance risking my friendship with Blondie, here's 'the man who sold the world' kurt's cover for Bowie song. better then the original

Re: Covers
In my opinion, Marilyn Manson does excellent covers. He did wonders with Tainted Love, Sweet Dreams, Golden Years (that's right, a Bowie cover), Five To One, and Highway to Hell. The one cover he did that I was disappointed in was a duet with Trent Reznor of the song Like A Virgin. That was just weird....

If you want to walk that slippery slope, almost all music and broadcast media are copies of something from a generation or two ago. Don't point fingers too quickly.

Your welcome effie. As for the other, School's Out was by Alice Cooper. You don't remeber the Coop man?

Re: Covers
Must have missed that link. Clicked the others, though. I like Alice Cooper. He was great in The Prince Of Darkness.
